What you’ll DO:

• Work 25- 40 hours a week (60% of those hours spent during the prime selling hours of 2-6pm)
• Continuous training and goal-setting with entire sales team in office twice a week
• Set appointments in suburban neighborhoods surrounding the Medford areas
• Help home-owners understand the benefits of solar energy

What you’ll NEED:

• No prior sales experience needed
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to self motivate
• Reliable form of transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Be able to walk/ stand for extended periods of time in the varying seasons
• Smartphone

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $6,000- $12,000 Monthly (Commission + Bonuses)

Schedule: 25-40Hrs/ Week- FLEXIBLE
